Black Keys vs White Stripes July 25, 2016

Can the Black Keys take on The White Stripes: their greatest predecessor? You decide! This battle royale will be full of catchy guitar riffs, heavy drum beats, catchy choruses, and all the fuzz pedals you can stand. The Black keys exploded onto the scene with their hit single, “Lonely Boy” and they haven’t stopped since. The White stripes may have disbanded in 2011, but their influence has lived on. Jack White’s guitar riff’s are hard to beat: with hits like “Seven Nation Army,” and “Icky Thump.” Or will they be topped by the Black Keys? You decide! It’s time to celebrate two of the most famous bands from the garage rock revival movement with a week long riff-off. There will be a concert at the end of the week that family and friends will be able to attend. There will also be a lunch break during each day of camp, so feel free to bring a bagged lunch! For ages 9-17.
